A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
APPROVING CITY OF DUBLIN ANNEXATION NO. 6
KAUFMAN & BROAD MULTI-FAMILY PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 3-86, approved January 13, 1986, at a
public hearing, the Dublin City Council initiated the annexation of certain
uninhabited territory designated as "City of Dublin Annexation No. 6 Kaufman
& Broad Multi-Family Residential Planned Development 14.9 acres; and
WHEREAS, all land owners in said territory consented to said
annexation; and
WHEREAS, on October 16, 1986, LAFCO held a public hearing at the
times= in the form, and in the manner provided by law, considered the petition
of the City; and
WHEREAS, LAFCO has approved Annexation No. 6 subject to the
following conditions:
a) Correction of the map and description as may be required by the
Director of Public Works, ex-officio County Surveyor; and
b)
The City be authorized to proceed without notice or hearing; and
WHEREAS, Said conditions imposed by LAFCO have been fully
satisfied, or will be satisfied;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE Dublin City Council does
hereby find that:
Section 1. That pursuant to the provisions of Division 3
Cortese-Knox Local Government Reorganization Act of 1985, Government Code {{
56000 et seq., the Council approves and orders, without election, the
annexation of that real property situated in the County of Alameda, State of
California (designated as "City of Dublin Annexation No. 6 Kaufman & Broad
Multi-Family Residential Planned Development" and more particularly described
in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the
City of Dublin.
Section 2. The reason for said annexation is to provide for
consistent and orderly development to insure that essential municipal services
are provided to the subject property.
Section 3. The regular county assessment roll will be utilized.
Section 4. The real property to be annexed will not be taxed
for existing general bonded indebtedness by the City of Dublin.
Section 5. That the City Clerk is directed to send a certified
copy of this resolution to the LAFCO Executive Officer.

DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSED ANNEX ~6
TO THE CITY OF DUBLIN
Ail that certain real property situated in the Township of
Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California, described
as follows:
Beginning at the most southerly corner of Parcel 1, Annexation
~1, as adopted by Resolution #33 - 85 by the Dublin City
Council on May 13, 1985; thence along the easterly boundary of
said Parcel 1, North 19°14'16'' East, 114114 feet; thence North
2°12'38'' East, 93.98 feet, thence North 4°17'20" West, 88.08
feet to a non-tangent curve; thence along the arc of said non-
tangent curve whose radius point bears north 23o51'55'' West
379.00 feet, through a central angle of 7°40'08'', an arc
distance of 50.73 ~eet to a point of reverse tangent curve;
thence along the arc of said tangent curve whose radius point
bears South 31°32'03'' East 321.00 feet, through a central angle
of 62°29'16'', an arc distance of 350.09 feet to a point of
reverse tangent curve; thence along said tangent curve whose
radius points bears North 30°57'13'' East 329.00 feet; through a
central angle of~26°22'04'' an'arc distance of 151.41 feet,
thence South 85°24'51'' East,106.74 feet; thence South 41~41'44"
East, 27.65 feet; thence South 87o56'39'' East, 80.00 feet to a
non-tangent curve; thence along the arc of said non-tangent

119.38 feet to the westerly boundary line of the original City
of Dublin as said border line was established by Resolution
#192103 of the Alameda County Board of Supervisors, adopted
November 24, 1981, a map of which was filed December 4, 1981 in
map Book 124, at Page 23 (81-202462) official records of
Alameda County, California; thence leaving said Parcel 1 of
Annexation #1 and along the westerly boundary line of the
original City of Dublin, South 72o43'38'' East 161.59 fees to a
non-tangent curve, thence along the arc of said non-tangent
curve whose radius point bears South 87°01'10'' West 860.0D feet
through a central angle of 6°39'41'', an distance of 99.99 feet;
thence South 80o21'33'' East, 253.05 feet to a non tangent
curve; thence along the arc of said non-tangent curve-whose
radius point bears South 80o21'36'' East, 607.00 feet thrbugh a'
central angle of 13°50'21'', an arc distance of 146.61 feet to
the northerly boundary of Parcel 2, Annexation 1; thence
leaving the original boundary line for the City of Dublin and
along the westerly boundary line of said Parcel 2, South

of the original City of Dublin; thence leaving the westerly
