Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the City of Dublin City Council will be held on
Friday, March 1, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Shannon Community Center, Ambrose Hall, 1 1600 Shannon
Avenue, Dublin.

The City Council will review the Mission, Vision, and Values, review the City Council
Norms, discuss the categories, and provide feedback.

5. REVIEW OF 2022-23 ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Staff will review major projects and accomplishments from 2022-23 with the City Council.
6. DISCUSSION OF OPERATING AND CAPITAL BUDGETS
The City Council will receive a preview of the two-year operating budget and review
capital projects and the CIP budget.
7. DISCUSS STRATEGIC PLAN STRATEGIES AND OBIECTIVES FOR 2024-2026
The City Council will receive a report on the proposed five strategic priorities and how to
set the City up for success. The City Council will discuss the proposed priorities and
provide feedback and direction to Staff.

RESOLUTION NO. 17 —19
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
APPROVING THE UPDATE OF THE DUBLIN CITY COUNCIL NORMS
WHEREAS, on February 2, 2019, the City Council held a Special Meeting and discussed the
update of City Council Norms; and
WHEREAS, from that discussion, additions and changes were made to the previously
approved eight norms; and
WHEREAS, the Dublin City Council Norms serve to augment the City Council's Rules for the
Conduct of Meetings of the City Council (Resolution No. 62-17) and any related policy documents to
provide a more specific "Code of Conduct."
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Dublin does hereby
approve the update of the Dublin City Council Norms, attached hereto as Exhibit A to this
Resolution.
