STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Receive the notification. FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no impact to the General Fund. DESCRIPTION: In accordance with Chapter 9.24.080 of the City of Dublin Municipal Code, this is notice of the City Engineer's receipt of the following Final Map for review: Tract Location Developer Number of Units/Lots Type 8452 PA-3 The DC (Dublin Centre) Landsea Homes, Inc. 170 Units Single Family, Condominium, ADU The DC (Dublin Centre) development (formerly the SCS Property) is bounded by Tassajara Road, Gleason Drive, Brannigan Street, and Dublin Boulevard. The development is divided into four planning areas (PA-1, PA-2, PA-3, and PA-4). PA-3 (Tract 8452) is located between Central Parkway and Gleason Drive.
