The following designated areas identify minimum lot sizes as dictated by the
development standards for single family neighborhoods of detached large lot
(5,500 sf min.), detached medium lot (4,000 sf min.) and detached small lot
(2,500 sf min.). It is recognized that lots within a designated
neighborhood plarming area may exceed the minimum square footage area of
that neighborhood, however, these lots are still subject to that neighborhood's
development standards. For example, a neighborhood with a minimum lot size
requirement of 5,500 square feet may have a 6,000 square foot lot within it. Both
sizes oflots, regardless of actual individual square footage, will be governed by the
development standards of that neighborhood's overall designation of 5,500
square feet minimum.
