A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
VACATING EXCESS RIGHT OF WAY
OF A PORTION OF SAN RAMON ROAD
WHEREAS, the CITY OF DUBLIN is the owner of the right
of way of San Ramon Road; and,
WHEREAS, a portion of said right of way is not needed
for street or highway purposes and was on July 23, 1984, declared
by the CITY OF DUBLIN to be surplus property; and,
WHEREAS, said excess right of way is more particularly
described in Exhibit A which is attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, there are no in-place public utility facilities
that are in use in said excess right of way that would be affected
by vacation of said excess right of way;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to Section
8334 of the Streets and Highways Code, the City Council does hereby
declare that the public right to use said excess right of way for
a street or highway is vacated, and upon recordation of this
resolution, said excess right of way shall no longer exist.
