SUBJECT: Project Acceptance, "Dreams of Longing After Nothing" Art in the
Parks - Dolan Park

FINANCIAL STATEMENT: None
DESCRIPTION: In January 2004 the City Council approved an agreement with the
artist Bryan Tedrick and the Dublin Fine Arts Foundation to complete artwork for Dolan Park as part of
the Art in the Parks program. The artist has completed the project and fulfilled the requirements of the
agreement. As part of the agreement with the artist the City has an obligation to formally accept the work
as complete.
The City has reviewed the artwork and has determined that the work is complete. It is the
recommendation of Staff that the City Council accept the improvements under the Art in the Parks- Dolan
Park Agreement.

Title to Artwork Transfer
FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the receipt of which is 'acknowledged, the
undersigned Dublin Fine Arts Foundation ("owner") located at the address below does
transfer and convey to the City of Dublin, its assigns and successors, all right, title and
interest in the ownership of the artwork as described below.
Title: Dreams of Longing After Nothing Nature of Work: Wind driven kinetic
sculpture made of steel and bronze at Dolan
Park.
