In May 2003, the Surplus Property Authority of Alameda County entered into a Development Agreement with the Ci of Dublin for the Dublin Transit Center Project. As part for agreement, pubic eloper agrees to contribute Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars($ 250,000.00) representative for the Alameda County Surplus Property Authority and Staff has met with Stuart Cook, rep has agreed to work together on the art project. The artist or artist team will be hired at the front end of the � Transit Center Project along with the landscape architect so that the art components can be integrated into the infrastructure of the project rather than placed afterwards. The goal of the artwork will be to create a sense of place and make pedestrian friendly several outdoor s that lead into the Dublin-Pleasanton BART station. As part office space,Dublin neighborhood park, area property will be a mixed use to include village green,residential units, ect's and a parking garage adjacent to the BART station and puble�roads.a s Boulevard focused and area for the Iron Horse Parkway will include the Village Green and the intersections at intersections and the pedestrian walkway leading into the BART station.
