FINANCIAL STATEMENT:
No new public improvements are proposed with this Parcel Map,
and the City will not incur any new maintenance costs.
DESCRIPTION: The owner of the Burlington Coat Factory is seeking City Council
approval of Parcel Map 8876. This Parcel Map, which is situated at 7575 Dublin Boulevard, subdivides
an existing lot into two parcels for the existing Burlington Coat Factory (Parcell - 7.880 acres), and the
existing Bassett Furniture (Parcel 2 - 1.484 acres).
Parcel Map 8876 has been reviewed by Staff and found to be in conformance with the Tentative Map and
Conditions of Approval as approved by the Community Development Director Resolution No. 06-02 in
February, 2006. Portions of the map were also reviewed by the Dublin San Ramon Services District and
Alameda County Fire Department for conformance with each agency's requirements.
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the resolution approving Parcel Map 8876.

APPROVING PARCEL MAP 8876
(BURLINGTON COAT FACTORY)
WHEREAS, Parcel Map 8876, in the incorporated territory of the City of Dublin, State of
California, has been presented to this City Council for approval, all in accordance with provisions of the
Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and the City of Dublin Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the City of Dublin adopted Community Development Director Resolution No.
06-02 on February 22, 2006, approving the Tentative Parcel Map, subject to Conditions of Approval
(P A 05-044);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Parcel Map 8876 is hereby approved; and that
the Clerk of this City Council is hereby directed to transmit said map to the County Recorder for filing.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of September, 2006.
