FINANCIAL STATEMENT: None
DESCRIPTION: A public hearing for the amendment to the City of Dublin's Fire
Facilities Fee has been properly noticed for the City Council mccting of Fcbruary IS, 2005. Subscquent to
the noticing to the development community and the placement of the public notice in the newspaper, Stafr
was madc aware of a discrepancy in the formula used to calculate the Fire Facilitie$ Fee that needs
correction. For that reason, Staff would request that the City Council withdraw this item to provide Statf
with the opportunity to work with the consultant to make tbe necessary corrections to the Fire Facilities
Fee report.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommcnds that the City Council withdraw this item and
direct Staff to bring this item back at a future date.
