DESCRIPTION: The owner of the Outback Restaurant and the Radisson Hotel is seeking City Council approval of Parcel Map 8627. This Parcel Map, which is situated at the southern terminus of Regional Street, subdivides an existing lot into two parcels. The subdivision would create separate parcels for the existing Outback Steakhouse Restaurant, at 6505 Regional Street, and for the existing Radisson Hotel, at 6680 Regional Street. Parcel Map 8627 has been reviewed by Staff and found to be in conformance with the Tentative Map and Conditions of Approval as approvcd by the Community Development Director via Planning Commission Resolution No. 05-07 in April 2005. Portions of the map were also reviewed by the Dublin San Ramon Services District and Alameda County Fire Department for conformance with each agency's requirements.
