FINANCIAL STATEMENT: There are no public improvements required for this Parcel Map.
DESCRIPTION: Parcel Map 8469 subdivides the Dublin Comers retail center being
developed by Trumark Commercial at the southeast comer of Dublin Boulevard and Myrtle Drive. This
Par~el Map subdivides the 4.86-acre site into five parcels (four building parcels and one common area
parcel), establishcs rcciprocal use cascments, and dcdicates Emergency Vehiele Access Easements and
Public Service Easements to the City.
Parcel Map 8469 has been reviewed and found to be in conformance with the Tentative Parcel Map
and Conditions of Approval approved by Community Development Director Resolution No. 05-05 on
April 12, 2005.
Staff recommcnds that thc City Council adopt the resolution approving Parcel Map 8469, Dublin Comers.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN

APPROVING PARCEL MAP 8469
WHEREAS, Parcel Map 8469 in the incorporated territory of the City of Dublin, State of
California, has been presented to this City Council for approval, all in aecordance with provisions of the
Subdivision Map Aet of the State of California and the City of Dublin Municipal Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Parcel Map 8469 is hereby approved, and that
rights to the areas marked as Public Service Easement (PSE) and Emergency Vehiele Access Easement
(EV AE), offered for dedication to public usc in conformity with the teI1llS of dedication, are hereby
acccptcd and that thc Clerk of this City Council is hereby directed to transmit said Map to the County
Recorder for filing.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of October, 2005.
