HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrd 20-89 Prezone Hansen HillORDINANCE NO. 20 - 89 AN ORDINANCE OF TIIE CITY OF DUBLIN AMENDING TIlE ZONING ORDINANCE TO PEI~IiT TIlE FREZONING OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED WEST OF SILVERGATE NORTII OF IIANSEN DRIVE SOUTH OF WINDING TRAIL LANE The City Council of the City of Dublin does ordain as follows: Section I Chapter 2 of Title 8 of the Dublin Ordinance Code is hereby amended in the following manner: Approximately 147 acres consisting of lands fronting along the southside of Silvergate Drive. more specifically described as Assessor's Parcel Nu,,bel: 941-110-1-9 and 941-110-2. is prezoned to a PD Planned Development District. PA 89-062 - I{ansen llill/Bren Company. as shown on Exhibit A (Negative Declaration of Environmental Significance). Exhibit B (Mitigated Monitoring Program). Exhibit C (Approval. Findings and General Provisions of the PD. Planned Development Prezoning). and Exhibit D (Tentative Map Approval) on file with the City of Dublin Planning Department. are hereby adopted as regulations for the future use. improvement, and maintenance of the property within this District. A map depicting the prezoning area is outlined below: Section 2 This Ordi.ance shall take effect and be enforced thirty (30) days from and after its passage. Before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published once, with the names of the Gouncilmembers voting for and against the same, in a local newspaper published in Alameda County and available in tile City of Dublin.
