FINANCIAL STATEMENT: None
DESCRIPTION: Individual members of the City Council represent the City of Dublin
on various local and regional boards, committees and commissions. A fully updated appointment list was
last considered and approved in December 2004, following the November election, with subsequent minor
adjustments when necessitated by conflicts in Councilmember calendars.
It should be noted that Mayor Lockhart has made one revision to the tentative list of appointments that
was initially provided to Council under separate cover. Mayor Lockhart now intends to appoint
Cm. Oravetz as co-representative to the Livermore-Amador Valley Transit Authority and
V m. Hildenbrand as alternate to that board, as shown on the attachment.
It should also be noted that Ad Hoc Committees, those committees with limited time frames, are no longer
included on this list. Appointments to those committees will be made through separate agenda items at
the appropriate time.
It is recommended that the City Council review and discuss the Mayor' s Appointment/Assignment List,
make any desired changes, confirm list and direct Staff to notify affected agencies, as appropriate.
