The subsequent application will address proposed building additions and site improvements including lighting, landscaping and the future alignment of Dublin Boulevard. The City is currently studying various alignments for the Dublin Boulevard Extension. As of this date, the City has not determined or selected an alignment route. However, it is likely that a portion of this site will be needed for the future extension. The City Council will consider this matter within the next several months. The auto dealership, as currently proposed, will consist of approximately 1,600 square feet of floor area for indoor auto display, 880 square feet of office space, 7,000 square feet for parts and service shop.
