DESCRIPTION:
William Fraley, Alameda County Planning Director, has proposed that the
next Tri -Valley joint Planning Commission Meeting be held as follows:
Thursday, July 31, 1986, 7:00 p.m.
Pleasanton City Council Chambers
200 Old Bernal Avenue
Pleasanton, CA 94566
The Alameda County Planning Department has offered to host the meeting.
The attached preliminary agenda includes discussion of Planning Status
Reports, The Alameda County Tri-Valley Planning Program, Transportation
Planning, Park Planning, Surface Mining Reclamation, and Waste Management
The previous Tri-Valley joint Planning Commission Meeting was also hosted
by Alameda County. That meeting was held in February 1986, and resulted
in the formation of the Tri-Valley Citizens Committee (Tri-Valley
Planning Task Study Group).
Staff reccmnends that the Planning Commission discuss whether it is
available to participate on July 31, 1986, and indicate if there are any
additions, deletions, or modifications needed to the preliminary agenda.

will require close adherence to the time schedule to permit some time

(5 minutes) under agenda item 2 on the principal crisis within your
jurisdiction and be prepared to comment on your jurisdiction
interests on the other agenda items as they are discussed.
