DESCRIPTION:
Staff has responded to the concerns about code violations raised by the Council on January 2l.
1997.
Weekend Art Sales at 7197 Village Parkway (Dublin BP. Inc.)
The manager of Dublin BP, Inc., Arjun Naranj, was contacted on January 23,1997 and advised that
it \,"as improper for art to be sold out of doors on his property. He agreed to stop selling art on the
weekends. On Saturday, February 1, 1997, the property was inspected and found to be in
compliance.
Real Estate Sign Posted In Doughertv Road Right-of-Way
On Saturday, February 1, 1997 Dougherty Road was inspected for improper real estate signage.
Eleven (11) temporary signs were discovered in the right-of-way. Seven (7) of the signs advertised
Alamo Creek Villas, Dublin, and four (4) of the signs advertised Old Ranch Estates, San Ramon.
These signs were removed and taken to the Civic Center. Both businesses were notified of the
violation, and advised that their signs were available to be picked up at the Civic Center. Staff will
inspect the area on February 15, 1997, to confirm that the violations have ceased.
