FINANCIAL STATEMENT: None
DESCRIPTION: On February 25, 1997 the City Council conducted a Goals and
Objectives Study Session to review the progress made on 1996 goals and objectives and to develop goals
and objectives for 1997. At this meeting, the Council also had the opportunity to identify any additional
Capital Improvement Projects that they would like for consideration for the upcoming year. Mayor
Houston identified a skate park in the City for young people as an additional project but the project was
not given a priority.
/Wtaff recommends that the City Council prioritize the skate park by giving a rating of high, medium, low,
'" or no priority (delete). The ranking of the project will assist Staff in the development of the Update to the
Five Year Capital Improvement Program.
