Mayor Lockhart clarified that these changes were made with the Livermore people in attendance and this was more of a computer glitch. Cm. McCormick stated she was on the Liaison Committee and she felt all parties sat together in a spirit of cooperation. Both sides wanted to come to agreement. This was a refreshing way to work. She is pleased with the outcome. Mayor Lockhart stated she also appreciates the attitude and spirit with which this was put together by four Councilmembers and Staff of both cities. This is a new way of doing business rather than filing a lawsuit. On motion of Cm. Zika, seconded by Cm. Sbranti, and by unanimous vote, the Council approved the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Dublin and the City of Livermore regarding Land~Use Planning Issues of Mutual Concern with the corrections as discussed. OTHER BUSINESS 9:20 a.m. Mayor Lockhart announced that today, May 1st, Mr. Ambrose celebrates his 20th anniversary with the City of Dublin.
