FINANCIAL STATEMENT: None
. DESCRIPTION: In January of 1997, Russ Liggett was appointed to the Heritage
Center Advisory Committee to a term ending in December of 1998. Mr. Liggett recently resigned his
position on this board. Mayor Houston has appointed Connie Spence to'fill the unexpired term.
Staff recommends that the City Council confirm the Mayor's appointment of Connie Spence to the
Heritage Center Advisory Committee to a term ending in December 1998.
