Per your request, enclosed are the booklets containing the SDR submittal package for
the Grafton Station retail pads project within the proposed Grafton Station commercial
center in Dublin Ranch. These are the documents you requested for the Planning
Commission meeting on this project scheduled for February 27.
Please note that we have not included a master sign program package prepared by
the GNU Group as part of this application as the document is still being revised to
include the MSP elements for the Lowe's project as well as the Grafton Station retail
project. Per previous discussions, this will be reviewed separately and approved
administratively by staff. It is expected that the signage package will be submitted to
the City by the end of this month.

On a case by case basis, a City Planner will place a checkmark ('-1) next to the infonnation required for submittal. The Planner may
detennine that specific infonnation may not be needed to process a particular application. If the Planner decides to waive certain
infonnation, the Planner will initial the waived infonnation and keep a copy of the fonn for City records.
It is City policy not to accept incomplete applications unless a Planner has specifically identified those items waived by writing N/A
and their initials next to them. Please note if an incomplete application is received by mail or hand delivered by courier it may be
returned to the applicant. Incomplete or inaccurate infonnation may result in processing delays or denial of the project.
