FINANCIAL STATEMENT: There are ,no public improvements required for this Parcel Map. DESCRIPTION: Parcel Map 8327 dedicates the right of way for the Fallon Road extension to the northern property line of Dublin Ranch, subdivides the 134.7 acres into separate parcels on each side of Fallon Road, and dedicates a small section of right of way for the Tassajara Road widening. Parcel Map 8327 also abandons a previous offer of dedication for the Fallon Road right of way. Parcel Map 8327 has been reviewed and found to be in conformance with the Tentative Parcel Map and Conditions of Approval approved by Community Development Director Resolution No. 05-03 on February 28,2005. Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the resolution approving Parcel Map 8327, Dublin Ranch, Area H. COPIES TO: Marty Inderbitzen, Lin's Attorney Page 1 of 1 ITEM NO.AJ G:\DEVELOPMENT, PRIV A TE\Dublin Ranch\Infrastructure\Fallon Rd North\PM 8327\agst .doc )~~ RESOLUTION NO. - 07 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN ********* APPROVING PARCEL MAP 8327 WHEREAS, Parcel Map 8327, in the incorporated territory of the City of Dublin, State of California, has been presented to this City Council for approval, all in accordance with provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and the City of Dublin Municipal Code; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Parcel Map 8327 is hereby approved, and that rights to the areas marked as Fallon Road, Tassajara Road, Access Easements, Drainage Release Easement, and Storm Drain Easement (SDE), offered for dedication to public use in conformity with the terms of dedication, be and are hereby accepted, and that the irrevocable offer of dedication of Fallon Road right of way as recorded in Document Series Number 2002074321, Alameda County Records is hereby abandoned, and that the Clerk of this City Council is hereby directed to transmit said Map to the County Recorder for filing.
