AN ORDINANCE OF THE' CITY OF DUBLIN
AMENDING'ORDINANCE NO. 10
REGULATING THE SALE AND USE OF FIREWORKS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 AMENDMENT
Section 10(c) of ordinance No. 10 is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom the following 'language: "minors
under the age of sixteen (16)" and substituting in place
thereof the following language: "to any person under the age
of eighteen (18)"
