Dear Pete,
Enclosed is the letter from John McEvoy, Secretary of Bray Sister City.
The last paragraph asks that the Bray Urban District Council formerly
twin with the City of Dublin. I'm not so sure that we haven't already
done that in 1987. Just in case we haven't, would you bring this matter
up before the council? I will be out of town at your next meeting.
There is no question that we have benefited through this relationship.
My only regret is that more citizens of our community have not taken
advantage of this opportunity. Please advise me of the council's
decision.

Dear Bill,
Greetings from all our members in Bray. We wish to thank you for
hosting the visitors from Bray this year.
We would like to formally invite you to visit Bray in 1995. Ideal times are
March or 2nd half July.
Our town council, the Bray Urban District Council wishes to formally
twin with the City of Dublin California. If Dublin would like to fonnally
twin the Bray perhaps you could let me know so that the necessary
Council Resolutions can be proposed at our Urban Council meetings.
Yours sincerely
~~- I
JOHN McEVOY
