Report Prepared by: Public Works Director Lee Thompson ATTACHMENTS: 1) 2) Resolution Approving Parcel Map Reduced copy of Parcel MaP 7406 RECOMMENDATION: ~ Adopt resolution approving Parcel Map. FINANCIAL STATEMENT: This subdivision includes no public improvements. DESCRIPTION: Parcel Map 7406 is located at the northwest comer of Central Parkway and Hacienda Drive. The Parcel Map would create a 1 O-acre parcel for the existing Emerald Pointe office building and two new 5-acre parcels for future office buildings. As property owner, Opus West Corporation is processing the Parcel Map. The improvement plans and Parcel Map have been reviewed and found to be in conformance with the Tentative Map and Conditions of Approval. Acceptance of easemems for emergency access and landscape are included as part of the Parcel Map approval. Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the resolution approving Parcel Map 7406. g:\develop\opusind\agst7406.doc COPIES TO: Surplus Property Authority ITEM NO. 4_,2, RESOLUTION NO. - O0 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN APPROVING PARCEL MAP 7406 WHEREAS, the Parcel Map No. 7406, in the incorporated territory of the City of Dublin, State of California, has been presented to this City Council for approval, all in accordance with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and the City of Dublin Municipal Code, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Parcel Map of Subdivision 7406 be and the same is hereby approved; and that rights to areas marked as Emergency Vehicle Access Easement (EVAE) and Landscape Easement (LE) as offered for dedication to public use in conformity with the terms of dedication be, and they are hereby accepted; and that the Clerk of this City Council be and is hereby directed to transmit said Map to the County Recorder for filing.
