Approve Budget Change Form FINANCIAL STATEMENT: See Discussion Below DESCRIPTION: For several years the Dublin Senior Center has received cash donations. Each donation has been accepted by the City Council and held in a liability account until such time as a project or need arose. The Senior Center Staff and Advisory Committee have identified a project that requires expending a portion of the funds in the liability account. The window coverings which were installed at the time of the Senior Center renovation are begilming to show wear and are not repairable. Staff has researched the cost of replacing the coverings in the Social Hall. Smith's Business Interiors provided the lowest estimate. Estimated cost totals $1,165.18. It is the recommendation of Staff that the City Council approve the purchase of new window coverings for the Social Hall in the Dublin Senior Center and approve the attached Budget Change Form.
