RESOLUTION NO. 197 - 99 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN APPROVING QUITCLAIM OF PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT FOR SIDEWALK IN TRACT 6964 (DUBLIN RANCH, PHASE I - NEIGHBORHOOD M-3) WHEREAS, the Final Map for Tract No. 6964, in the incorporated territory of the City of Dublin, State of California, was accepted by the City Council on June 15, 1999, all in accordance with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and the City of Dublin Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the City of Dublin has offered to quitclaim a public service easement to the onsite developer, Standard Pacific Corporation, for sidewalks in Tract 6964 as shown in attached Exhibit A; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the rights to those strips of lands marked Public Service Easement (P. S.E.)in said exhibit, as offered in quitclaim to said developer in conformity with the terms of the quitclaim be, and they are hereby approved; and that the Mayor of the City of Dublin is hereby authorized to execute the quitclaim deed.
