The scope of work included design related services through the project's bidding process and limited construction administration services. Staff is seeking additional services through the construction phase ofthe project. The services that Callander Associates Landscape Architecture Inc. will provide beyond the original agreement include site visits, attendance at project meetings and issuing clarification sketches to ensure design intent is met. Further detail is provided on Attachment 1.
