Project Acceptance, "Wind, Light, Shade = Tranquility" Art in the
Parks - Bray Commons Park

FINANCIAL STATEMENT: None
DESCRIPTION: In December 2006, the City Council approved an agreement with
artist Bill Gould and the Dublin Fine Arts Foundation to complete artwork for Bray Commons Park as
part of the Art in the Parks program. The artist has completed the project and fulfilled the requirements
of the agreement. As part of the agreement with the artist, the City has an obligation to formally accept
the work as complete.
The City has reviewed the artwork and has determined that the work is complete. It is the
recommendation of Staff that the City Council accept the improvements under the Art in the Parks- Bray
Commons Park Agreement.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the City Council approve the Title to
Artwork Transfer and accept the artwork.

FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the receipt of which is acknowledged, the
undersigned Dublin Fine Arts Foundation ("President") located at.the address below does
transfer and convey to the City of Dublin, its assigns and successors, all right, title and
interest in the ownership of the artwork as described below.
