Continue public hearing to July 10, 2001. DESCRIPTION: The proposed project consists of a Stage I PD Rezone and Development plan to place 229 single-family homes on 103.1 acres located south and east of the intersection of Tassajara Road and Fallon Road. This item is being continued to July 10, 2001 to allow additional time for the applicant to revise the development plan. RECOMMENDATION Staffr¢commends that the Planning Commission take the following action: 1. Open public hearing. 2. Continue public hearing to July 10, 2001. Planned Development (PD) Rural Residential, PD- Single Family, PD - Medium Density Residential, and PD - Medium High Density Residential. All PD zoned lands in this development have an Interim Agricultural Designation.
