CommISSIon and the Hentage and Cultural Arts CommIssIon was held on Thursday,
January 31, 2008, at the DublIn CIVIC Center for the purpose of a sIte VISIt to the Kolb
House, 11393 DublIn Canyon Road, Pleasanton, CA The meetmg was called to order at
