are IdentIcal to the ongmal cooperatIve agreement DESCRlIP'fION On December 18, 2007, the CIty Council approved a cooperatIve agreement with Caltrans for the mstallatlOn of two Stormwater treatment umts to be located on Dublm Boulevard Just east of Dublm Court and on Dougherty Road Just north of 1-580 (Attachment 2) Under the terms of that agreement, Caltrans would pay up to $149,060 for constructIon, admImstratlve overhead and mspectlOn, and a 10% contmgency Caltrans would also provIde an upfront payment of $100,000 to cover the estimated 20-year cost ofmamtammg the UTIlts The annual cost was developed by CIty Staff based on the past cost of mamtammg eXIstmg City-owned treatment umts The mamtenance
