RESOLUTION NO. 09 - 08
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN

ESTABLISHING DESIGNATED PARADE ROUTES
WHEREAS, the Dublin Municipal Code Chapter 5.12 relating to parades and events provides that
the City Council shall, by resolution, establish a designated parade route or routes within the City, upon
recommendation of the City Manager; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends the designated parade route described in the attached
Exhibit A.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Dublin does RESOLVE that the parade
route described in the attached Exhibit A shall be the designated parade route within the City of Dublin,
as required by Dublin Municipal Code Section 5.12.070 relating to parades and events.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of February, 2008, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Hildenbrand, Oravetz, Sbranti and Scholz, and Mayor Lockhart
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
