RESOLUTION NO. 54 - 08
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN

APPROVING PARCEL MAP 9185
(KBH INVESTMENTS, LLC)
WHEREAS, Parcel Map 9185, in the incorporated territory of the City of Dublin, State of
California, has been presented to this City Council for approval, all in accordance with provisions of the
Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and the City of Dublin Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the City of Dublin adopted Community Development Director Resolution No. 06-07
on July 25, 2006, approving the Tentative Parcel Map, subject to Conditions of Approval (PA 06-025);
and
WHEREAS, KBH Investments, LLC (aka Dublin Honda), a California limited liability company,
had executed with the City of Dublin an Improvement Agreement approved on April 17, 2007. via City
Council Resolution No. 43-07, to construct the required off-site street improvements within Dublin
Boulevard and Scarlett Court in accordance with the Planning Commission Conditions of Approval for
the Tentative Map, and in conformance with the improvement plans and the specifications attached
thereto; and
WHEREAS, Street Improvements associated with Parcel Map 9185 are complete in accordance
with said plans and specifications, and any approved modifications thereto, to the satisfaction of the
Public Works Director.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Parcel Map 9185 is hereby approved; and those
strips of land marked as Public Service Easement (P.S.E.), and Emergency Vehicle Access Easement
(E.V.A.E.), as offered for dedication to the public in conformity with the terms of dedication, are hereby
accepted subject to improvement; and that the Clerk of this City Council is hereby directed to transmit
said Map to the County Recorder for filing.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of April, 2008, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Hildenbrand, Oravetz, Sbranti and Scholz, and Mayor Lockhart
