A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
AMENDING THE SALARY PLAN FOR PART-TIME TEMPORARY PERSONNEL
WHEREAS, in accordance with the City's Personnel System Rules, the City Council adopted
Resolution No. 122-93 and subsequent resolutions which comprise the Salary Plan for Part-Time
Temporary Personnel; and
WHEREAS, competitive salary provisions which will attract and retain quality employees are
important to the organization; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to update salary provisions for part-time temporary employees in the
City' s personnel system.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following part-time hourly salary ranges shall
be established as of June 29, 2002, in accordance with the City of Dublin Personnel System:

Administrative Intern Minimum Wage $10.00
Assistant Pool Manager $11.10 $13.85
Buildmg Attendant I $8.65 $10.85
Buil dmg Attendant II $10.25 $12.80
Cashier $7.80 $11.15
Clerk Typist (Part-Time) Minimum Wage $8.45
Crime Prevention Specialist $10.00 $16.00
Lifeguard $8.50 $10.60
Pool Manager $13.25 $16.55
Preschool Aide $9.70 $12.10
Public Service Employee Minimum Wage $70.00
Recreation Leader I $7.70 $9.60
Recreation Leader II $9.05 $11.30
Recreation Specialist Minimum Wage $25.25
Senior Recreation Leader $11.30 $14.15
Sports Field Attendant $8.65 $10.85
Sports Official $15.95 $19.95
Swim Instructor $10.10 $12.65
