A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
AUTHORIZING CITY ATTORNEY (MEYERS, NAVE, RIBACK & SILVER)
TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH ASHLEY, CHAPMAN & DEVOE
FOR REAL ESTATE APPRAISAL CONSULTING SERVICES
DUBLIN LAND COMPANY PROPERTY: TASSAJARA ROAD, DUBLIN BOULEVARD,
CENTRAL PARKWAY AND GLEASON DRIVE RIGHT OF WAY ACQUISITION APPRAISAL
WHEREAS, portions of Tassajara Road, Dublin Boulevard, Central Parkway and Gleason Drive
are planned to be improved as part of the development process in Eastern Dublin; and
WHEREAS, portions of Tassajara Road, Dublin Boulevard, Central Parkway and Gleason Drive
right of way are required to be acquired in order for the improvements to be constructed; and
WHEREAS, real estate appraisal services are required for the Dublin Land Company Property for
the proposed right of way for Tassajara Road (from 1-580 to 150 feet north of Gleason Drive) and Dublin
Boulevard, Central Parkway and Gleason Drive (each from Tassajara Road to !500 feet east of Tassajara
Road); and
WHEREAS, the City desires to authorize the City Attorney (Meyers, Nave, Riback & Silver) to
enter into an agreement with Ashley, Chapman & DeVoe for said real estate appraisal services; and
WHEREAS, the cost of the study will be paid through developer deposits from Shea Homes and
Jennifer Lin.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Dublin hereby
authorizes the City Attorney (Meyers, Nave, Riback & Silver) to enter into an agreement with Ashley,
Chapman & DeVoe for real estate appraisal consulting services.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of March, 1999.
