HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 034-99 StormDrainEaseTr6925RESOLUTION NO. 34 - 99 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN ACCEPTING A STORM DRAIN EASEMENT LOCATED ON PORTIONS OF PARCELS K, L & O OF TRACT NO. 6925 (STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE CHAPTER 4) WHEREAS, the 20 foot wide Storm Drain Easement (S.D.E.) offered for dedication to the City of Dublin, as described and shown in Exhibit A attached hereto, has been determined to be located in the alignment that is required for proposed storm drain improvements; and WHEREAS, this new 20 foot wide Storm Drain Easement which is offered for dedication to the City of Dublin in the desired locatiOn for the storm drain improvements is intended to supersede the existing 20' Storm Drain Easement located on Portions of Parcels K, L and O of Tract No. 6925; and WHEREAS, it is to the benefit of the City to accept said S.D.E. as provided in Chapter 4 of the Streets and Highways Code; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the 20 foot wide S.D.E. which is generally located on portions of Parcels K, L and O of Tract No. 6925, and is more particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto, is accepted by the City of Dublin BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is directed to submit a certified copy of this Resolution to the County Recorder for recording.
