Hear Staff presentation.
Open public hearing.
Continue public hearing to August 13, 2002.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The proposed project consists of an approximately a + 30,800 square foot retail garden center consisting
of a 6,400 square foot building with adjacent outdoor storage/display area at the northwesterly comer of
San Ramon Road and Amador Valley Court in the San Ramon Specific Plan Area. The applicant is
requesting a Specific Plan Amendment, Conditional Use Permit, Site Development Review and Sign/Site
Development Review for the project.
A continuance is requested to reach mutual agreement on the necessary improvements and conditions of
development for the project.
RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended by Staff that the Planning Commission take the following actions:
1. Hear Staff presentation.
2. Open public hearing.
3. Continue public hearing to August 13, 2002.
