the Annual Slurry Seal Program, to American Asphalt Repair & Resurfacing Co., Inc..
Slurry seal is a preventive maintenance technique used to prolong the life of a
street. It consists of a sand/oil mixture which seals cracks and provides a new
uniform wearing surface. The City streets are presently on a seven-year cycle.
Before streets are seal coated, oil spots are removed and asphalt failures are
repaired.
Streets which were slurry sealed for this contract are as follows:
Rothschild Court
Champagne Place
Brittany Lane
Rolling Hills Drive
Longford Drive
Wicklow Lane
Edenberry Place
Sovereign Court
Newry Place

Beverly Court
Glenoaks Way
Shamrock Place
Champagne Court
Brittany Drive (loop
s/o Rolling Hills)

The City Engineer has reviewed the work on the project and determined that it is
complete and in accordance with the approved specifications. Stafr recommends that
the City Council accept the improvements under this contract as being complete.
