A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO FORM UNDERGROUND
UTILITY DISTRIBUTION FACILITIES DISTRICT ON DUBLIN BOULEVARD
FROM 600 FEET WEST OF CLARK AVENUE TO SIERRA COURT
(UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT 99-1)
WHEREAS, on June 2, 1998, the Dublin City Council received a report from the City Engineer
regarding undergrounding of utilities on segments of various streets; and
WHEREAS, the City Council determined that the highest priority for undergrounding per
Municipal Code Chapter 7.12 isthe segment of Dublin Boulevard from a point 600 feet west of Clark
Avenue to Sierra Court;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1) Pursuant to the provisions of Municipal Code Chapter 7.12, the Dublin City Council intends
to establish Underground Utility District 99-1, on Dublin Boulevard from a point 600 feet westerly of
Clark Avenue to Sierra Court, as delineated on the map Exhibit "A" attached hereto. Property owners
affected by said District are identified by Assessor Parcel Number on Exhibit "A", and are listed as follows:

2) Property owners shall be ready to receive underground distribution service by January 31,
200 t and overhead utility distribution facilities must be removed no later than March 31,2001.
3) Public hearings for the purpose of hearing protests and objections to the proposed District
99-1 shall be held on November 2 and November 16, 1999.

4) The City Clerk is directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner designated in
Municipal Code Chapter 7.12.
