A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
APPROVING SYBASE AS A PRIVATE STREET AND READDRESS
5000 AND 5020 HACIENDA DRIVE TO 3 AND 1 SYBASE DRIVE
WHEREAS, an address change and street recognition is being requested by Sybase, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the Site Development Review determined that a signaled intersection would be
necessary on Dublin Boulevard and the entrance to the Sybase parking lot; and
WHEREAS, the Applicant is proposing that the City of Dublin recognize the drive aisle between
Dublin Boulevard and Central Parkway as private road, "Sybase Drive"; and
WHEREAS, the Applicant is further proposing that the buildings be readdressed from Hacienda
Drive to Sybase Drive; and
WHEREAS, the street recognition has been reviewed in accordance with the provisions of the
Dublin Municipal Code 7.08.070E; and
WHEREAS, the City Council did hear and consider all .such reports, recommendations, and
testimony hereinabove set forth and supports the request.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City Council of the City of Dublin does
hereby approve the request to recognize "Sybase Drive" as a private street and readdress 5000 Hacienda
Drive and 5020 Hacienda Drive to 3 Sybase Drive and 1 Sybase Drive (Tentative Parcel 7580, APN # 98-
0014-006.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED BY the City Council of the City of Dublin on this 6
day of August 2002, by the following votes:
AYES: Councilmembers McCormick, Omvetz, Sbranti and Zika and Mayor Lockhart
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
