(1) Guest parking is included in the 1.5 spaces per residential unit.
(2) The Recreational Center is assumed to be private and no"retall" parking requirements are included in the total
required parking for this use.
(3) The 7 spaces assigned for the rental office are assumed to meet the requirements of the "retail' for this use
and are not included in the parking total available for guest and retail users.
(4) There are a total of 66 project parking spaces provided in excess of what is required, not including public street
parking.
(5) The total of 115 project parking spaces for guest and retail is 22 spaces short of the required amount of
guest'retail parking. However, the additional 40 spaces on the fronting public streets, joint use of the parking for
retail and residential guest, and reductions in the retail requirements for transit & local oriented retail usesjustify
the reduced parking provided that the following conditions are met.
1- There are provisions to allow residential guests to obtain passes to park within the upper floors of the
garage for long term (over 2 hours).
2- The guest I retail parking in the garage is open parking and not assigned to speck users (other than the
seven spaces for the rental office), and
3-All parking on the garage ground floc must be available to residential guests during the evening hours
(even if the retail is closed). These spaces may be closed during late night hours.
(6) Includes 5 spaces restricted for attended vehicles only 4-6PM, M-F and 3 spaces for loading only on Saturdays
and Sundays
