SUBJECT: Initiation of an Eastern Dublin Specific Plan and General Plan
Amendment Study for a portion of property owned by the
Dublin Land Company (located on the east side of Tassajara Road
generally between Gleason Drive and Central Parkway, Assessor
Parcel Number 985-0009-002 - partial)

FINANCIAL STATEMENT: None at this time. ~
DESCRIPTION:
Mr. James Stockhausen, on behalf of Pacific Properties, submitted a request to initiate a study of the
General Plan and Specific Plan land use designations for a portion of one parcel of land on the east side of
Tassajara Road generally between Gleason Drive and Central Parkway, owned by the Dublin Land
Company. This item was scheduled for tonight's meeting and public meeting notices were sent out to all
property owners within a 300' radius of the affected property.
On September 9, 2002 the Dublin Land Company informed Staff that they wished to withdraw the
General Plan and Specific Plan Amendment Study Initiation from this agenda.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the City Council take no action.
