DESCRIPTION: On October 17, 2006, the City Council approved Parcel Map 9003, which subdivided 39.4 acres south of Dublin Boulevard and east of Brannigan Street into five parcels. Parcel 1(12.2 acres) is the site of the approved Site Development Review (SDR) for Lowe's, Parcel 2 (11.1 acres) and Parcel 3(2.8 acres) are planned for commercial development, Parcel 4(12.2 acres) is planned for campus office, and Parcel5 (1.1 acres) will be a private road extension of Grafton Street. Parcel Map 9826 further subdivides Parcels 2 and 3 of Parcel Map 9003 into four Parcels (Attachment 1). The four parcels place Pad A, Pads B and C, Pad D and Pad E of the Grafton Station retail center on separate parcels. PM 9826 includes a common parking, access and maintenance easement for the four parcels. Parcel Map 9826 has been reviewed and found to be in conformance with the Tentative Parcel Map and Conditions of Approval approved by Community Development Director Resolution No. 09-02 on January 26, 2009.
