ARROYO VISTA IS A PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT CONSISTING OF 378 RESIDENTIAL UNITS, LOCATED AT 6700 DOUGHERTY ROAD, DUBLIN. THE PROJECT IS DESIGNED TO SERVE A BROAD CROSS
SECTION OF THE DUBLIN COMMUNITY, COMMUNITY PROVIDING FOR-SCAR MARKET RA AND OPEN SPACE AREAS. D AFFORDABLE ACCESS TO FAMILY RENTAL HOUING, AND AFFORDABLE
TRAIL ALONG ALAMO CREEK HAVE ALL INDEPENDENT BEEN INCORPORATED INTO THE
HOUSING. IN ADDITION. A COMMUNITY GUIDING, CHILD CARE CENTER, ACCT
DESIGN.

EDEN HOUSING WILL HAVE FOUR EMPLOYEES FOR THE TWO APARTMENT PROPERTIES ON-SITE. THERE WILL BE TWO MANAGERS, ONE FOR EACH OF THE AFFORDABLE RENTAL PROPERTIES D TWO
RESIDENT SERVICES STAFF WILL WORT( AT THE SITE PART-TIME ADDITIONALLY, THERE WILL BE TWO EMPLOYEES FOR MAINTENANCE AND JANITORIAL WORK.
THE CHILD CARE CENTER ESTIMATES THAT THEY WILL HAVE APPROXIMATELY B EMPLOYEES INCLUDING TEACHERS, ADMINISTRATION AND MAINTENANCE.
CITATION HOMES WILL HAVE NO ON-STE EMPLOYEES ONCE THE PROJECT IS SOLD OUT. HOWEVER, A HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION WILL BE CREATED IN ORDER TO MANAGE THE COMMON AREAS WITHIN
