Does the City wish to maintain the policy set in 2003 fora "live body" to answer during business hours rather than having calls go to voicemail after a number of rings? If so then can current staffing continue to achieve this? Is it a viable option for a limited time to have calls go to voicemail if unanswered after 10 rings, for example? • Published number voicemail greetings can be recorded to instruct caller on how to "break out" of voicemail and ring an extension or query the company directory.
