THE PROJECT IS DESIGNED TO SERVE A BROAD CROSS SECTION OF THE DUBLIN COMMUNITY, PROVIDING FOR -SALE MARKET RATE AND AFFORDABLE HOMES, AFFORDABLE FAMILY RENTAL HOUSING, AND AFFORDABLE INDEPENDENT LIVING SENIOR RENTAL HOUSING. ALONG DOUGHERTY ROAD, THE EXISTING SOUND WALL WILL BE REPLACED WITH A MORE ATTRACTIVE NEW SOUND WALL, AND NEW TREES AND LANDSCAPING WILL REPLACE THE OLDER DETERIORATING STREET TREES (PRIMARILY EUCALYPTUS). THE VIEWS FROM THE NORTH, WEST AND SOUTH WILL BE IMPROVED. ATTRACTIVELY DESIGNED NEW ATTACHED AND DETACHED HOMES AND RENTAL APARTMENTS WILL REPLACE THE EXISTING OLDER PUBUC HOUSING. NEW TREES AND LANDSCAPING WILL BE ADDED ALONG THE NORTH, WEST AND SOUTH PROPERTY LINES TO HELP PROVIDE SEPARATION FROM THE NEIGHBORING PROPERTIES. THE PROPOSED PROJECT WILL PROVIDE GREATER SEPARATION AND SCREENING FROM ALAMO CREEK THAN THE EXISTING PROJECT. h. DESCRIBE THE PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SITE INCLUDING EXISTING SLOPES AND TOPOGRAPHIC FEATURES.
