This plan was prepared to identify the needs for major infrastructure improvements and capital items for this five year period. For the upcoming year Staff prepared a Plan which covers all five fiscal years. Typically updates to the plan will be presented in each of the following two years. The Planning Commission's role is to review those major public works projects within the Capital Improvement Program and to determine whether they are in conformance with the City's General Plan. Not all of the Capital Items within the Capital Improvement Program are major public works projects. Also the review is limited to those projects which would be undertaken in the upcoming year. As noted in the Capital Improvement Program, the precise timing of projects is subject to revision with future updates. Projects that are proposed for Fiscal Year 2010-2011 in the Five Year CIP as it relates to the review by the Planning Commission include the following: GENERAL IMPROVEMENTS 930010 Maintenance Yard Facility Improvements 930006 Civic Center Modification Design Services & Construction 939102 ADA Transition Plan - COMMUN/TY /MPROVEMENTS 949102 Sidewalk Safety Repair Program 940005 Transit Center Art PARKS 950001 Dublin Heritage Park And Museums 950003 Dublin Sports Grounds Renovation 950004 Fallon Sports Park New.
