The remaining ~ i entitlement of 231 units on Site A-1 was the balance of the 1800 units designated for the Dublin transit Center. ACSPA is entitled, per the 2001 ` Cieneral Plan/Specific Plan Amendment and Stage 1 PD Rezoning, to transfer ; units from one site to another, as long as the total unit count is not exceeded. i Given the transfer of an additiona181 units to Site C the unit allocations are; ~ 150 units to Site A-1 (ACSPA), 112 units to Site A-2 (EAH), 190 units to Site A-3 (Hanover), 257 units to Site B-1 (DR Horton), 305 units to Site B-2 ; (AvalonBay), 486 units to Site C(AvalonBay), and 300 units to Site E-1 (DR ~ Horton), for a total count of 1800 units.
