Reso 105-97 Easement to DSRSD
RESOLUTION NO. 105 - 97 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN APPROVING GRANT OF EASEMENT TO DUBLIN SAN RAMON SERVICES DISTRICT WHEREAS, in August of 1984 the City Council approved the Final Map for Tract 4943; and WHEREAS, Parcel "A" of Tract 4943 was deeded to the City by Kaufman and Broad in 1995 to allow for a maintenance access road for Tract 5766; and WHEREAS, sewer access to Tract 5766, the Hansen Hill Ranch development is proposed to cross Parcel "A" of Tract 4943; and WHEREAS, an easement for construction and maintenance of the sewer is needed by the Dublin San Ramon Services District; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Dublin does hereby approve the easement grant deed for said sewer line. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized to execute the deed. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of September, 1997.
