The proposed changes to the conditions are shown in strikeout and underline text below: COA 14(f) is proposed to be deleted. COA 37 is proposed to be modified as follows: Vehicle Parking. Applicant should repair any distressed areas of pavement within the existing parking field, then seal and re-stripe the entire parking field. All parking spaces shall be double striped using 4" white lines set approximately 2 feet apart according to City standards and §8.76.070 (A) 17 of the Dublin Municipal Code. All compact-sized parking spaces shall have the word "COMPACT" stenciled on the pavement within each space. For newly-constructed landscaped planters, 12"-wide concrete step- out curbs shall be constructed at each parking space where one or both sides abuts the planter a landscaped aFea plan Existing landscaped planters can remain as constructed. COA 39 is proposed to be deleted. COA 45 is proposed to be modified as follows: Trash Enclosure. The trash enclosures shall be painted to match the building and shall be sized to accommodate both trash and recycling bins. The doors must be designed with self-closing gates that _can be locked closed and can also be held open with pin locks during loading. All trash bins used for this site shall be maintained within the trash bin enclosure(s) at all times. For the new trash enclosure proposed in the parking field near future Tenant B, an area drain shall be installed within the trash enclosure with a connection to the sanitary sewer system. In addition, a hose bib shall be provided for convenient wash-down of the trash enclosure. The enclosure shall not obstruct access (24' min wide drive aisle) and shall have accessible route and entrance door. The existing trash area (future enclosure) adjacent to the Sports Authority tenant space is not required to have a sanitary sewer connection, but shall install media filters in the existing catch basins. Staff will be happy to answer any questions related to these modified conditions at the public hearing.
